Description
The PH 2/1: Table Lamp is based on Poul Henningsen’s three-shade system, designed in 1925 to provide soft, glare-free lighting. The mouth-blown, three-layer opal glass shades direct light downward, ensuring even distribution throughout the glass and creating a balanced, comfortable illumination. The design adheres to the principles of the logarithmic spiral, positioning the light source at the focal point for optimal light control. The PH 2/1: Table Lamp name reflects its structure, featuring a top shade of approximately 20 cm and lower shades similar to those of the 1/1 model. The lamp features a high-lustre chrome-plated frame, a 1.75-metre black plastic cord, and an integrated switch on the cord.
