The Octo 4241 Small Pendant Lamp is a compact version of the classic Octo design, offering the same sculptural quality in a more versatile size. Designed by architect Seppo Koho and launched in 2018, it is handcrafted in Finland from PEFC-certified form-pressed birch by skilled craftsmen. The open wooden structure creates a warm, diffused glow while maintaining a light and airy presence.
The lamp features an E27 base with a maximum LED wattage of 20W and comes with a Philips CorePro LED bulb that offers adjustable colour temperatures, from 2700K to 6500K, and dimmable functionality. It can be integrated into DALI systems using a separate DALI-compatible trailing edge dimmer, which must be sourced separately. The pendant is suspended from a 150 cm textile cable and includes a ceiling plug, connector, and ceiling cup. It utilises the patented ceiling suspension system by Dezall, ensuring easy installation and a flush fit against the ceiling. Regular dusting is recommended, and fresh stains can be removed with a slightly damp cloth.
