The Light Ring Horizontal Polygonal, designed by Massimo Castagna, is a suspended light featuring an oversized polygonal pendant, supported by multiple suspension points working in tandem. The structure is made from metal and finished in either black burnished brass or burnished brass, the fixture is available in a range of sizes, allowing for various configurations—whether arranged in a linear sequence or layered for added depth.
The light source is integrated into the ring and may be oriented either downward or inward, depending on the desired lighting effect. Emitting a warm, energy-efficient glow (energy efficiency index A), the fixture is powered via low-voltage through the suspension cables, with a transformer housed discreetly within the ceiling rosette. The light is compatible with a range of dimming systems, including Push, Phase Cut, 0–10 V, 1–10 V, DMX, and DALI-2, offering versatility for different technical settings and lighting preferences.
