Description
The La Plus Belle: Mirror Light, designed by Philippe Starck in 2019, is a mirror with integrated lighting that combines function and design. The aluminium frame, finished in bronze, adds a refined touch to the piece. It features high-chromatic-rendering LED light sources (CRI 95), softened by an optical opal silicone diffuser to provide even and accurate illumination. The mirror is made from 6 mm extra-clear glass, with a safety and aesthetic film applied to the rear for added durability and visual appeal.
The mirror is securely fixed to the frame using a polycarbonate glazing bead, ensuring a seamless connection. For installation, the La Plus Belle: Mirror Light is mounted on the wall using a stylish hook with a dual magnet fixing device, keeping it securely in position. Powered by a wall-mounted power supply unit or IEC cable and connector socket, the mirror also offers flexible light control. An optic sensor command or external remote control with 0-10/1-10 V, PUSH, or DALI control can be used to dim the light, adjusting the intensity from 10% to 100%. This thoughtfully designed mirror brings together practicality and elegance in a minimalist form.
