Glo-Ball: Suspension 1 White

Description

The Glo-Ball: Suspension 1, designed by Jasper Morrison in 1998, is a pendant light that provides diffused light through its hand-blown, flashed opaline glass diffuser. The diffuser plate, made from injection-moulded opaline polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), is suspended by three fine steel cables, creating a lightweight appearance. 

A polished, nickel-plated, and zapon-varnished stamped sheet metal reflector, painted gloss white on the inside, enhances light distribution. The Glo-Ball: Suspension 1 features an LED bulb (E27, 15W, 2700K) for energy-efficient illumination. While it does not feature an integrated dimmer, it is compatible with external dimming systems. A black-painted, injection-moulded ABS ceiling fitting and rose complete the design, ensuring a cohesive combination of materials and finishes.
