Bottles: H60 is handcrafted in paper clay, a blend of traditional ceramic clay and paper pulp unique to Paola Paronetto’s practice. The result is a surface that feels both tactile and airy, with a delicate appearance that belies its structural strength. Over time, this material has become a hallmark of her work, visible in the subtle textures and asymmetries of every form.
The Bottles are available in three signature finishes—Corteccia, defined by fine ridges reminiscent of bark or folded petals; Cartoccio, which evokes the soft, pleated quality of crumpled paper; and Liscio, a smooth surface that highlights the purity of form. Each texture speaks to natural forms and emphasizes the handmade process.
Shaped and glazed entirely by hand, each piece carries slight variations in colour and contour, quietly revealing the human touch behind its making. Born in Pordenone in 1965, Paola Paronetto’s journey into the world of ceramics began with her training in Umbria and Tuscany, where she mastered the foundational techniques of working with clay.
