The multidisciplinary design Company unveils its Brand New studio in Tribeca and furniture collaboration with Henge in March.

Yabu Pushelberg, a multidisciplinary design company founded by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg in Toronto, launched its set with Henge on March 21st, ahead of Salone del Mobile 2019.

The amazing collaboration brings the Noce and Puddle collections.  Three elongated legs that embody the potency of a back support a softly rounded back and armrest that indicate a botanical crown.  The proportions of Noce were mastered within the span of a couple of years throughout the accuracy and craftsmanship of Henge’s team. Upholstered in nubuck leather, Noce can be available in a tonal palette that ranges from honey, taupe, naked, gray to charcoal.

Puddle is a set of three simple, yet sophisticated coffee tables that hint at the natural formations of a landscape. Each, marginally different in proportion, captures the calm, tranquil beauty of nature with a top that pays homage to a shrub canopy supported by tapered legs. Puddle is finished in bronze, silver and burnished brass.

This is the second time Yabu Pushelberg has partnered with Henge on a collection.  The two teams have been drawn together with a shared design doctrine, appreciation for detail, craftsmanship and the beauty and strength of the natural world.
